With major changes now facing us throughout the world, it is becoming more important than ever to get to grips with the growing need to stem the creeping invasion of Chinese Socialism and Russian Communism across the old Cold War boundaries with the East.
We Australians in the hard-pressed Democratic world now have the responsibility to take a stand against forces both without and within our country, intent on changing our way of life, culture and ways of government.
Over 60 representatives of different countries around the globe recently met in Davos, Switzerland, at the 2025 World Economic Forum Conference on global economics. Among them was Argentina’s President, Javier Milei, who interestingly won considerable applause for his views on global change.
Milei quite rightly asserted that the Western World is currently in serious danger because sectors of our political and economic establishments are undermining the fundamentals of freedom, opening the doors to China’s Socialist form of control and potentially condemning us to stagnation and possible eventual poverty.
“The essential problem of the West today is to come to grips with those who, after the fall of the Berlin Wall (in 1989) continue to advocate socialist policies,” he declared.
Milei’s thesis was that, given the “dismal failure” of collectivist models such as Woke-ism, and the undeniable advances in the Free World, the collectivists were being forced to change their agendas. In doing so, they had already replaced the old Western World’s way of life with “other supposed social conflicts’ just as harmful to life and the economies of all Western States.
“These harmful ideas have taken a stronghold in society, “Milei added. “Neo-Marxists have managed to co-opt the Western World’s commonsense, achieved by appropriating the media, our culture, our universities and our judicial organisations.”
As a member of the 2025 Forum, Milei appealed to all of us in the Western World to make our voices heard on this “pressing issue.” His belief was that, if we failed to do so now, governments would be forced to increase and tighten government regulations and money supply which would only seriously lower our Western standards of living.
As Millei said, collectivism comes in various guises through the ballot box at election time. This form of political change is all too often adopted by different election candidates tainted with Communist, Fascist, Political Popularist, Chinese-style Socialist, Social Democratic, Nationalist and Globalist policies.
With these encroaching “isms” in mind, Milei called on all aspiring politicians in the Western World to “get back onto the path to prosperity, well away from all the current collectivist ideas now making inroads into our Western political systems.
