The Clarence Valley Equestrian Challenge held at Hawthorne Park, South Grafton on the weekend of October 29-30 saw 140 competitors battling it out in flat riding, show jumping and dressage, team penning and sporting.
The best presented team was awarded to riders that all attend the Clarence Valley Anglican School, the Supreme Hack was won by Dicavalli Royal Gustav ridden by Lindsay Blanch, the Supreme Rider was awarded to Lilly Powell from Bellingen and the overall team point score winners were a group of infant and primary aged children who called themselves All Saints.
A big thank you to all the sponsors of this major Clarence Valley equestrian event whose generosity saw a number of children receive awards in place getting, encouragement and sportsmanship.
