When will governments face up to the responsibility of providing essential services such as health to the regions?

A $30,000 transport cot for Grafton needed a private donation of $22,000. The Maclean heliport needed private funds. The city/ country imbalance is widely recognised.

The NSW Nationals leader and Deputy Premier recognise this.

I can’t get answer from local politicians on matters such as local youth unemployment, the proposed Clarence diversion etc.

The Federal Nationals’ leader thinks unity with the Liberals is more important than his traditional base.
