This is for all the ignorant and arrogant drivers in the Clarence Valley.
Disabled permits pertain ONLY to the person to whom they are issued, they are NOT transferable.
If you do not have a disabled person in your vehicle with you, you have no business parking in a disabled parking space. Fines do apply.
