Clarence Valley Council, why is it so hard to get answers?
I’ve been trying to get them to clean the road drain (which hasn’t been done for 5 years) which backs up water and makes it a breeding ground for mosquitoes.
Eleven years ago $80,000 was put aside to increase the flow of rain water under Brooms Head Road, which has never been done. My front yard and septic and drive (in Fairy Wren Close) go under water, when water starts to overflow on Brooms Head Road. The waves and wash from cars on Brooms Head Road is also a danger to cars and bikes. Maybe the council would like to reply with some answers which I have never been able to get.
