Wednesday night (last week) provided a nice temperature with a slight breeze and we had another good roll up. Bopping along to the 60s music in the background the successful teams were Steve/Andrew, Peter/Graham, Susie/Mal, Toni/Clare, Mal/Peter, Andrew/Len, Sue/Ian, Margaret/Joyce R, Stella/Mal, Ray/Len, Clare/Graham, Pat/Mal, Joy L/Andrew, Clare/Susie and I didn’t forget the game on the back of the score sheet Genny. Oh look, Susie/Genny won 5-0. One singles game resulted in Ray 5, Genny 4 and Ian 4. Genny ran a hoop and Ian was on fire running hoops twice in one game. He was heard to mention this to Joy a few times.

Joyce R joined us after not having played for some time but she didn’t seem to have forgotten anything.

Club shirts are being organised and John and Fay are back this week if anyone wants to order one.

Join us on Wednesdays 6pm (if you are having dinner with us). Games start 7pm until 9pm. New members and visitors welcome (flat soled shoes are a must). All equipment supplied and players to teach you the game of ‘golf croquet’ or if you are already playing we would love to have a game with you; cost is $10.
