Coppo-Fest to go ahead on May 17

Clarence Valley performers are banding together in support of the Rest Point Hotel in Copmanhurst after the popular venue was broken into last month. The family owned and run business is set to host a free community event called Coppo-Fest, which has been rescheduled to go ahead on May 17 following recent wet weather, with local musicians to provide hours of live entertainment from 12pm till late in support of the much-loved establishment. Country Mud, Pam Hata, Sandalwood, Barbed Wire Blues, Riff Witch, and Sonny James are among the current list of performers. Investigations into the break-in at the Rest Point Hotel were still ongoing at the time of publication.
