Local musicians and singer-songwriters are banding together in support of the Rest Point Hotel in Copmanhurst after the venue was broken into last month.

The family owned and run business is set to host Coppo-Fest, a free community event, which has been rescheduled to go ahead on May 17 following recent wet weather, with Clarence Valley performers to provide hours of live entertainment from 12pm till late in support of the popular and much-loved establishment.

Country Mud, Pam Hata, Sandalwood, Barbed Wire Blues, Riff Witch, and Sonny James are among the current list of performers.

Investigations into the break-in at the Rest Point Hotel remain ongoing.
