The Maclean High School girls combined high schools tennis team of Piper Ramsey, Taya Norris, Sammy Hayman and Maddi Norris played a hard fought loss to Mullumbimby High in the semi-final of the Florence Conway cup going down 5 sets to 3. All the girls fought hard and it was great to be able to introduce a promising young player Maddi Norris into the team.

Despite not coming out winners on the day the girls can be very proud of their efforts and they were excellent ambassadors for our school. All matches were played in the best spirit of the game and all the girls came out of the clash with positives.
