Since last September when the very narrow end of Riverview Street was made one-way, the street has been made safe not just for cars but pedestrians including kids walking to school, people with prams, motorised shooters and folk backing out of driveways.   

With approximately 22 houses in this section of Riverview Street, maybe Council could survey residents rather than act on a petition signed by 185 people. This could then be a fair and reasonable decision to make since safety must be a priority for Council.
