Changed traffic conditions on Pacific Motorway at Banora Point

Motorists are advised of changed traffic conditions from this weekend on the Pacific Motorway for maintenance work to be carried out on the Darlington Drive northbound on-ramp to the motorway.

The work will involve vegetation clearing and improvements to drainage and will be carried out between 6pm and 3am from Sunday 9 August for five nights, weather permitting, to minimise impacts to motorists.

The Darlington Drive northbound on-ramp to the Pacific Motorway will be closed and traffic will be detoured along Minjungbal Drive towards Kennedy Drive to get back onto the motorway.

The detour is five kilometres and is expected to take 10 minutes.

Traffic control and reduced speed limits will be in place on Darlington Drive and the Pacific Motorway near the work area for the safety of workers and road users.

Motorists are advised to drive to the conditions, and follow the directions of signs and traffic control.

Transport for NSW thanks road users for their patience during this time.
