Motorists are advised of changed overnight traffic conditions from this weekend on the Pacific Motorway near the South Tweed Heads interchange to carry out concrete slab replacement work.
Existing concrete pavement on the northbound lanes of the Pacific Motorway will be removed and replaced from Sunday 9 May, with traffic diverted onto Darlington Drive. To minimize impact to motorists work will be carried out over six nights from Sunday 9 May, from 6 pm to 3 am, finishing at 3 am on Friday 15 May, weather permitting. Motorists are advised to allow extra travel time, drive to the conditions, and follow the directions of signs and traffic control.
