The Copmanhurst Campdraft was run over three days from last Friday through to Sunday. There was plenty of top class campdrafting over the extended weekend period with a record number of over 1,150 first round runs. Former Jackadgerry local Ben Thompson had a great weekend winning the maiden, open and restricted open drafts. Other winners were Baryulgil local Brett Ellem in the feature novice draft; Camilla Maxwell from Mount Mitchell in the ladies draft; Josh Costello in the encouragement draft; Luke Barnes in the juvenile draft and Emma Rogers in the junior draft. The was a large crowd on Saturday night and they were entertained with an exhibition bull ride, followed by a disco. The committee would like to thank all their sponsors and cattle donors for helping to make the weekend possible. Ken McNamara
