The Grafton Big River Bullrouts are hosting their “Six Pack” Rugby gala day on July 3 at Rugby Park Grafton, with a kick-off at 2 pm.

Several teams from the far north coast and south to Port Macquarie will be in attendance. This is a Golden Oldies Rugby event that is based on Rugby with modified rules and is open for all players, 35 years and over, male and female.

Apart from the fun and friendships that rugby brings, there is a more serious side to the “Bullrouts”. Every year the Bullrouts donate $$ to the Cancer Council and this year we will also be supporting “Men’s Health”.

Both of these causes are very close to a lot of people in the community and the Bullrouts are more than happy to donate to these excellent charities. Everybody is more than welcome to attend and witness some “great” rugby.

The Bullrouts are always looking for more members, so those who are keen to get involved will be encouraged to do so. The cost of the day is $30 per couple which includes a BBQ and refreshments.
