Accountability

Ed, What CVC needs before an 8% rate rise or the possible alleviation of 24 discretionary services is accountability, which doesn’t seem to exist with our elected representatives or the management team. Management team, as much as they try, they can’t get their figures correct on expenditure on any number of projects. They are just consistently pulling figures out of thin air, without any rhyme or reason, hoping the general public, yes you and me, will swallow their fairy tales. Accountability is the key. It doesn’t matter whether it’s the elected representative or management, without accountability, everybody’s wasting their time, money and effort. Gordon Smith, Grafton
