Congratulations to all four finalists for the exciting game of bowls that was on display last Saturday afternoon and with continued applause from the crowd, the game went down to the wire. With the exciting closeness of the semi final finish the previous week, spectators were anticipating a close game, and it did not disappoint.

Bruce and Carroll got off to a good start with a 9-1 lead after five ends but Kim and Phil fought back to bring it to 13 all after 12 ends, from then on it was shot for shot all the way to the finish. With one end to play and the scores all locked up at 19 all, Phil played his last bowl to take the shot and win the game 20-19. Kim Mogler and Phil Wrice are the Mixed Pairs Club Champions for 2021.
